Hi everyone,We’re using IFS IEE APPS10 UDP7 and we’ve had situation where the company rehired an employee that was previously terminated and every time, when the supervisor tries to confirm their hours, there is the following error message popping up: “Employee does not exist”. Though, the employee is assigned a position, a schedule and the supervisor is able to see them as one of their subordinate. The hours are even properly confirmed, it is just that the message appears every time. Only occurs with returning employees. What could be wrong? When reactivating the employee, I removed the termination dates, set the employee as active again and cancelled the activity log status.Thank you very much!
Hi everyone,In a DEV enviroment, we just did a test upgrade from APPS10 UDP 7 to APPS10 UDP 19 and after the update, when I checked for invalid objects, there were two. However, I can’t get them to recompile. I’ve try doing it with the RMB option in IFS as well as directly on the DB. Still, I am getting the error 565 PLS-00201: identifier 'COMPONENT_TRVALL_SYS.INSTALLED' must be declared564 PL/SQL: Statement ignored565 PLS-00174: a static boolean expression must be usedDoes anyone know how this can be fixed?Thank you
Hi,We are on APPS10 UDP7 and we have an issue where an employee had a supervisor, the supervisor is now gone and was replaced by someone else with the same position ID as the former supervisor, but for some reasons, when you go to the employee file, it still shows the former supervisor for the employee. It’s really a shame since the new supervisor can’t see the employee in their list to confirm the hours.I’ve tried regenerating the access, same results.I also saw this post on the forum and it looks like it was fixed with UDP 15. We are not yet ready to upgrade so is there something that can be done for older versions like UDP 7?Thank you very much!
