We use the SEARCH BOX a lot - it is very use full. All our databases are indexed. The search works fine when we search for a PART NUMBER that we created, but we can not get the system to index and search on the SUPPLIER PART NUMBER. This is a major issue as clients call in and only see the supplier part number on the item.If we have selected all databases in the search domains and there is still no “hit” on a supplier part number we know is in the database - how do we then get the system to index on this, so we can search it from the “search box” in the top right side of the screen ? thanks,Uffe
Dears, If I have an INVOICE number (not a purchase number). How do I quickly jump to the invoice lines. So I can see stock numbers, pcs and purchase price ? I would like to jump to the Purchase order - if I have the “invoice nr”. So It is possible to quickly check an invoice. It is possible today, but a “long way in” Any quick way ? Thanks,Uffe
I am coming from a Microsoft C5 environment - here we have a very quick way to see all purchase transactions on a stock item from various suppliers. So we can “track price” for years easy in an overview. I can get a similar overview in the “Purchase Part” menu - but only in the Supplier agreement section. Now there is a _lot of parts_ with no supplier agreement. So how can I easy browse a parts purcase history and cost price when there is no supplier agreement on the part ? See screen shots below, Thanks,Uffe
