Hi! We are having difficulty with our Advanced Planning Board (APB).When we try to copy Shop Orders into APB from our instance of IFS Cloud 23R1, it times out at the point of “Loading Schedule”. Then we get an error message that states “A Task was Cancelled”.Eventually it’s possible to get in and we can see the correct number of Shop Orders identified on the “Count Hits” function when loading a couple of shop orders. However, it doesn’t show any of the work centres, shop orders etc.We think that APB is linked to IFS (as it can see the orders we want to pull across) but the orders never actually come across from IFS Cloud into APB.Any idea what could be causing this please?
We are using IFS Cloud version 23R1. On the Manufacturing Labor Class screen, and also on the Manufacturing Labor Classes screen, there is a field called Cost Center Id. See below: All the values have gone. It used to have options in the drop-down list of available values but the list is empty now. The values we’d like to use are in the system on another screen called Code String Completion. See below: Does anybody know why these codes aren’t showing as options in the Cost Center Id drop down list please?
