Hello, We refreshed SIT with PRD data for FSM application, version 6.22. We updated Scheduling App Params, updated threesixty_dataset_id global code to SIT, updated the monitor schedule that advances the time in PSO, but we are unsure why the scheduling dataset still shows PSO-PRD. The resources are not showing up on the schedule workbench. We are getting no other errors when restarting or initializing the dataset in the scheduling manager. What do we need to do to get PSO workbench to show the resources, use the correct scheduling dataset and remove the old one?
I’ve created a custom table (fsm 6.22) with a composite primary key of both team id and pm frequency (e.g., annual vs quarterly).I had defined in custom meta data for the custom table a parent relationship to the team table, along with other views, etc.I added the custom table as a listview on the team screen. I had it displaying the proper team and pm frequency combinations. Unfortunately, the team screen was reverse deployed from prd into DEV where I had my work.I re-added the custom table as a list view item again or tab. Now nothing seems to work. Using FSM utilities I tried to insert into a new team with the following xml in the fsm utitlites poster tool: <update_insv_team_pm_status> <insv_team_pm_status> <team_id>@team_id</team_id> <pm_frequency>@pm_frequency</pm_frequency> <pm_frequency_status>1</pm_frequency_status> <insert /> </insv_team_pm_status> </update_insv_team_pm_status>Th
In DEV we have recently updated FSM from 6.22 to 6.26 and are now getting the following error when I try to click on the hyperlink on the report screen.
We are seeing this error in pso scheduling workbench in our dev environment. We have checked out web config file and scheduling app param, as well as our connection string (which we did correct), but we are still getting the same error? Any suggestions/recommendations would be appreciated
Hello,I am trying to determine how time zone on a FSM place record is being sent from FSM to PSO and/or how place time zone might be used in PSO. I have searched HTM & Scheduling dbs and only see time zone on resource and division/region. I have also checked the audits in PSO and I do not see anything related to a place’s time zone. I am not sure what data is being sent via integration, so I don’t know where to look there. I am aware of the app params in FSM client, App Param, SHOW_SERVER_TIME_ONLY & MOBILE_ENABLE_TIME_ZONE I am aware of the time zone setting under the Commit Rule in PSO, but now how that is used. If anyone has any insight how time zone on a place in FSM might be used in PSO or how the data regarding place time zone is sent over, I would appreciate a comment or two :)
