Hi, I am trying to perform the printing of a report automatically after some event. Can anyone explain how this works?I found the mpm ‘perform_get_report_pdf’ and passed that name to a newly created Value Custom Process by defining this MPM as the ‘Perform Name To Call’ in the process parameters. When I define my business rule I will find myself the parameters of this MPM.However from here I am not sure how to proceed and how I could pass the right value to the parameter ‘report_parameters’? Thank you in advance!
Does anyone know how regular expressions work with FSM? As in, how do you specify the (input)value that needs to be validated and how do you specify the ‘Output format’? There are some examples which sort of make sense, but it is to little to fully understand it.
I have this problem with implementing a business case. The case I have is as follows. In task_steps I have filled in a quantity (lets call it x) in user_def_num1 for step_id =66 This task_steps record with a quantity needs to be processed by the business rules and add a non_part_usage record. My business rule needs to output the quantity if it is higher then 25 and then create the non_part_usage record with a quantity of x - 25. I am trying to do this with an XML business rule, but I am aware that I need to use some expression. I only do not know how to do that. This is my code which needs to insert the record. As you can see I fetch the quantity with an xpath_node from an hierarchy_select result called ‘result01’. Without the expression stuff it gives me the quantity, but I need to subtract 25 from this value. <update_non_part_usage> <non_part_usage> <request_id>@request_id</request_id> <task_id>@task_id</task_id> <npu_id></npu_id> <
I was wondering if anyone in this community is informed about the IFS vision for the roadmap regarding the old Silverlight interface of PSO? My best guess is that it will completly disappear, because Microsoft no longer supports Silverlight. If thats the case, then I wonder what will happen with the Automatic Planning feature which the Silverlight client has but the new UI does not have. At least not yet. Is it also coming to the new UI of PSO?The features ‘Rules’ and ‘Rule Collections’ are allready available in the new UI, which were constraints for the Automatic Planning feature. However in the last Relase Enhancements document, it is said that for example the 'Requirements’ feature will not be implemented in the new UI, which could also be defined as contraints for the Automatic Planning feature. So this suggest that Automatic Planning might not come back to the new UI. Is that the case? The Automatic Planning feature looks quit valuable for the overal solution. Also I actually do no
Is it possible to convert the returned data from a Client Script SQL to multiple columns in a Client Script so that you can return muliple columns into a Data Source which I can directly show in a list element in the Lobby? From what I have learned I am able to create a ‘Client Script SQL’, which I call from an Client Script with the function getDBValues(“Client Script SQL id” ). From there I am able to return a list of data in a column called Return. This is some default ‘column’ which I can return from a Client Script, but I am wondering if I can return multiple columns in the Client Scrip for the Data Source to read and select instead of just one called ‘Return’?
Could it be, that Client Script Sql in FSM does not work yet? I can not get it up and running and there is no documentation for it.
