We are seeing the following error when trying to print a customer invoice GENREPORTIO:Could not generate report: 'TRANS_ERROR:Failed transforming report data : 'javax.xml.transform.TransformerException: com.sun.org.apache.xml.internal.utils.WrappedRuntimeException: The end-tag for element type "PRICE_UNIT_MEA" must end with a '>' delimiter.''This happens when I do ‘reprint modified’. Also when I try to do reprint original from archive i get the same error but this time a little bit different:GENREPORTIO:Could not generate report: 'TRANS_ERROR:Failed transforming report data : 'javax.xml.transform.TransformerException: com.sun.org.apache.xml.internal.utils.WrappedRuntimeException: Element type "INVOICE_TEXT" must be followed by either attribute specifications, ">" or "/>".''
I am new to dimensions, facts, and items. Is there a document or something I could read? My problem is I am trying to modify some BA reports that use certain information sources, and inside the sources there are existing dimensions, but the dimensions miss certain items that I want to add to them. I tried to add items on IFS from Information Sources → Dimensions → add new. But it asks me to incorporate a Fact that links the item to the dimension. The question is, can someone please show me a way to add a new item to an existing dimension? Thanks
We have non-inventory sales parts, and I am trying to find where on IFS I should go to see how that part is mapped to a certain account? The way I am used to parts is that they should be mapped to a certain cost account and revenue account, but I am new to IFS, so where is the place to go and see where the sales part is mapped? Also is that the same place to go to change how the item is mapped, can I edit that? Thanks
When I try to run BA reports it always shows a message “mismatch between requested data set [x] and received data sets [y]”. X and Y differ according to the report. Also, some other reports show the error: Binary operator expectedOn the first issue (mismatch) when I click detail on the error message I get this: Ifs.Application.ExcelReporter.ReportDesigner.ReportException: Missmatch between requested data set 0 and received datasets 1In this specific case for example x was 0 and y was 1.All of these issues happen on laptops that are linked on Azure AD. The old laptops that don’t have active directory are still able to produce the reports.
