When a decision task is taken and Denied this is successfully triggering an email to the affected user based on the Denied sub process and associated Task. Approved decisions are not triggering an email, Approvals don’t generate a sub process they just simple move the process onto the next task. Each task is different depending on the process so I cannot effectively hang an approval email from those. Is there some way to trigger an email based on the ‘Answer’ to a decision?
Is anyone successfully using the promotion utility for Forms/Workflows/Shared Fields? I was very enthusiastic about the concept but I’m finding the reality somewhat more disappointing
We wondered if anyone else in the community was planning on upgrading when 11.6.x is released? We’d love to get more of an idea of what other institutions are doing - do you like to keep up to the minute or take a more slow gradual approach?
We’ve got some Service Request S records stuck open. The Tasks are complete but it looks like the complete stage was missing when they were created. There is no resolution open available on the S record in order to resolve them manually either. Any ideas on what we could do? Cancelling would send a confusing email to the user which we are keen to avoid.
I feel like I should be able to glean this from the wiki but all my attempts are coming to nothing. We want to put the Actioning user (or failing that the assigned user) name into an Action Template as people are not always signing off with their name when left to their own devices. Any help on finding the right variable name would be much appreciated.
