Error when enabled page designer.

Hi Team, We got the below error when loading the Purchase Requisition Lines page.Reducer action failed (METADATA_SET_DATA) TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'content')However, when we unpublished the page configurations done for ‘PurchaseRequisitionLinesHandling' projection, we could load the Purchase Requisition Lines page without any errors.But if enable the page designer on unpublished page error appears again. Cannot open the page designer for ‘PurchaseRequisitionLinesHandling’ from page configuration page as well. Same error appears there as well. Can someone help me to get this solved ? Thanks and Best Regards,Kithmini

Issue when copying customer order

Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with copying an exiting customer order which has CO lines with tax.When price and discount option is ticked when copying CO , the tax amounts will not be fetched correctly in the newly created CO, but there can be seen a tax code in the CO line. Tax line is removed from customer order line tax lines.If price and discount option is not ticked , tax amounts are correctly fetched.  Can anyone help me to understand why this is happening? Regards,Kithmini

Business Opportunity can not modified due to an error

Hi Everyone,When I try to modify an existing  Business Opportunity, below error is triggering."Inserting or updating records is not allowed when the revision is not in Active status"But there is an Active status revision (main revision)  in the respective Business Opportunity. In addition this BO is having two other Revisions in “Obsolete” state. This behavior cannot be observed on Core environments.Anyone having an idea why this is happening?Regards,Kithmini

Dictionary cache refresh issue

Hi,I’m currently investigating a technical issue of LOV being empty. I’m getting the following error when tried to populate the LOV named “Sales_Charge_Type”.   While investigating the issue, I have found that the issue is related to view comments and in order to resolve that issue I have done a dictionary and security cache refresh both from the client side as well as by manually doing a cache refresh (executing “EXEC DICTIONARY_SYS.REBUILD_DICTIONARY_STORAGE_ (1,'FULL');” on database).However, the issue was not resolved, and to verify whether the cache refresh is done successfully I have checked for the record on “Dictionary_Sys_View_Tab” as well and there were no any records available.Anyone can help to resolve this?
