Hi All, We have recently began having an issue when trying to process credit cards that they are being declined in IFS, however when processed directly in PayFlo Pro, they are approved and charged. We are not sure what could be causing this error. Has anyone experienced this before?
Hi All, We are looking to create a report that shows what Purchase Orders were created manually and which purchase orders were created using Automatic Order Processing. I’ve been doing some digging in IFS for any fields that would show me something different for the Auto order processing and I can’t find anything. Has anyone written a report to show when Auto PO’s are created?
Hi All, Our shipping team using consolidated pick list to pick what is needed for our shipments. They will run consolidated pick list through out the day for shipments to pick and complete shipments. We have noticed that when an order has a qty reserved that is not the full qty, it will be added to the pick list and shipment for what is reserved. Then if the reminder is reserved throughout the day/night, the reminder will be automatically added to the shipment. However when the next pick list is run, it does not pick up what has been reserved to that shipment. For example, a line has an order qty of 50, 25 are reserved right away and 25 are not available, the consolidated pick list is run and the intial 25 get added to the shipment. Next the reservation job runs again and the next 25 become available and reserve to the order. The next 25 are then added to the shipment, but do not print out at the next consolidated pick list run. Is there a way to pull in that 25 to show they need pick
Hi All, We are currently looking into ways of applying Export License more user friendly. Currently when an order is created the user must RMB on the line and then enter the country code and then click “Find and Connect”, this is happening for each product that requires a license. We are experiencing some pain points on when a product does not require a license in one country, but in another country it does and the same process must be followed to have a license connected even though it is not required. Has anyone tried to automate this process or come up with a work around that doesn’t involve so many clicks? Thanks, Ashlyn
