IFSCloud 23R2Currently we are using Dispatch Console for day to day Resource and Work Task Activities.We see there is one key difference in Dispatch Console and PSO ie PSO does not show Inactive resource as expected ie Scheduling Resource(InActive), However Dispatch console does not consider this and will always show all resources regardless of Active/Inactive. This is causing issue for dispatcher, as it is hard to manage resource without any filter and this behaviour and they often end up scheduling to InActive resources during manual scheduling. Can you please advise how are other customers dealing with this behaviour, is this normal behaviour or environment issue at our end? How can we limit Dispatch Console to show valid Active resources only. Thank you
We are sharing 1 PSO(TST) environment between 2 IFSCLOUD (CFG1 AND UAT1) 22R2However when we connect the second environment, first environment is down and vise versa.Both CFG1 AND UAT1 should be working in parallel however currently not working due to sync.We need to disconnect first system, as system sees PSO Account ID (xxxx) is already connected and does not allow second instance.We see in machine learning configuration PSO Account ID is same for 2 IFS Cloud CFG1/UAT1. In PSO parameters OpenIdAuthority is different for CFG AND UAT.Currently we are not able to find this documentation in ifsdocs ie connecting 2 IFS cloud instances to 1 PSO instance and would appreciate any pointers, as we are aware there is standard need and many others have similar setups.
Dear MembersCurrently IFS Cloud(22R2) Supports Proficiency on Resource Level and Not on Competency/SkillASO(6.9.0.12 ) does not support Proficiency on Resource Level of IFS Cloud, however it derives from Skill LevelBased on currently known integration and IFS features, we are not able to use Skill Level Proficiency in ASO and this limits the capability. As we are heavily working with Skill level and looking for how this can be enabled.Is there someone in community who is using the SkillLevel in ASO which is transferred via IFS/Integration or other suggestions how to achieve this. Dear Community MemberWe have added 2 custom attributes in ResourcesNow based on first ID attribute LOV selected, would like the Name to be automatically populated.ID LOV is person ID Name we would like PersonName to be automatically filled, as soon as Person ID is selected in ID LOV. Below are some screenshot of configuration, can you please advise how Person Name can be autofilled. in Resource Details, we selected coach id, ie person id, this should autofill CoachName ie Person Name.
Dear Community MembersWe are trying to add competencies for person via personal file page however when we try it, it says nothing found. We have checked on access and seems we have setup as required and access to projection and permissions. It is admin user.Would appreciate if you can advise, what is possibly missing and how can we fix this and add competencies to persons.
