ISO20022 Employee Payment File - Adding new fields

Hi,Reposting to seek some HCM expert help 🙂We are trying to generate an employee payment file (to pay for employee expenses) using ISO20022. There are few mandatory information that we need to bring into this file as follows;Employee Tax ID Clearing system member ID Branch IDThese refer to employee specific details. I have tried to use ‘Property Fields’ and define these information. However, there is no way to connect those new property fields to ‘Employee payment method’ window. Does anyone know how we can define new property fields and bring those details into the ISO20022 XML file? OR Is there any alternative method to use to bring in such additional information to ISO20022 XML file?Thank YouSugandi

STDSIN1 - Amounts aren't getting loaded into IFS Cloud

Hello, We are trying to import an external supplier invoice file using the template STDSIN1.  However, the values included in the template aren’t getting fetched to the application (IFS Cloud). The sample template used by us is as follows.   We have tested the process in IEE, using the same input file and it worked without any issue (the amounts got fetched correctly in right column).  Has anyone faced the same issue or is this a known bug in IFS Cloud?  Thank YouSugandi

ISO20022 - Customer pre-authorized payment (PAP)

Hello,Can someone help me with the below question please?  We need to generate an ISO20022 Pre-Authorized payment file for Customers. Based on the guidelines received from the bank, this file needs to be in the format of “WIFT ISO 20022 pain.008.001.02”.However, I have noticed that IFS Application has only below listed file formats available, and nothing representing “WIFT ISO 20022 pain.008.001.02”. Has anyone implemented ISO20022 Pre-Authorized payment using the standard IFS application? IFS Credit Card Interface - Credit card payment & refund

Hi, We are currently testing the IFS Credit Card Interface. The user guide relating to APP9 is available with us. However, we would like to understand further about the interface. Therefore, could you please share any document/information relating to following areas?Document/information relating to handling ‘credit card payment’ window & ‘credit card refund’ window. Document/information relating to changes happened to the interface in later versions (from APPs 10 onwards)? Thank you in advance for your support.  Sugandi

Business Planning - Planning Rule & Planning Unit

Hi, We are currently testing the use of planning rules in business planning. We have observed that when we define a planning rule, it is automatically applied to the planning unit (whenever similar planning and assumption drivers are used). However, there is no place in the ‘planning unit’ to connect the planning rule ID.  Could someone explain how the application automatically applies these planning rules to the planning unit? Thank YouSugandi

Business Planning - Planning Drivers

Hi, Could someone please explain the role of the ‘Planning Driver’ in ‘Business Planning’? I have noticed that it is mandatory to enter the planning driver in the planning unit itself, in order for a planning rule to execute (referring to automatic execution). To further explain, I am trying to setup following scenario in planning rules. I was able to setup the planning rules and calculate revenue automatically. Afterward, I tried to calculate the cost only by specifying the assumption driver (relating to VC). I didn’t specify units, since it was already specified under the ‘revenue’ planning unit. However, the planning rule didn’t get executed. Could someone advise the reason for this behavior please? Thank YouSugandi

Generating ‘Cash Flow Exposure’ for master company

Hi Team,Has anyone generated a ‘Cash Flow Exposure’ report for a master company? So that the generated report will contain all the cash transactions of other reporting entities (falling under the master company).If this can’t be done directly using the application, is there any other alternative that anyone is using?Appreciate your responses on this.Thank You!Best RegardsSugandi

ISO20022 generating an integrated payment file

Hi All,Can someone help me with the below query on ISO20022 file generation (in Aurena interface) please?Does the IFS application support generating an integrated payment file using ISO20022? Our requirement is to generate one integrated payment file including different payment methods (eg:EFT, ACH, WIRE and CHK payment transactions in one single payment file).If the application supports this or, if you have handled a similar scenario previously, could you please share the approach used if so?Thank You!Best RegardsSugandi

Budget process & budget template in Aurena

Hi,Appreciate your response to below two queries (relating to Budget Management functionality in Aurena). Budget Process & Budget TemplateIt seems the windows ‘budget processes’ and ‘budget template’ is no longer available in Aurena. Have these windows moved from Aurena, or have they been renamed?If the budget process is no longer available (in Aurena), what is the only available way to create a budget? Is it only using ‘import file’ option?Budget user rolesThis window is not available in Aurena. Issue with ‘Mileage’ expense line in 'Expense Sheet' window

Hi,Sometimes an expense line has not been updated after the user have saved the expense sheet. As shown in below screen capture, the value is missing in ‘Gross Amount in Pay Curr’ field.Also, the ‘Mileage Description’ details are missing in certain situations.Please advise if you have come across a similar issue.Note: Currently in APP10 UPD8Best RegardsSugandi

Unable to create an invoice which includes tax code with tax type set as ‘calculated tax’ and deductible % is different from 100%

We are unable to create an invoice which includes tax code with tax type set as ‘calculated tax’ and deductible % is different from 100%. Once the invoice is created, it was observed that posting information aren’t balanced. The invoice is in ‘preliminary’ status and it isn’t possible to add somewhere any amount to balance the invoice. When trying to perform the functionality, RMB > Post Invoice, the invoice status would update to PrelPosted. However, we couldn’t finally post the invoice as there is no way to balance the invoice.
