Hello Team, we need to do one modification inside the PSO, Division column need to be removed from Teams menu inside the PSO. As you can see the highlighted view in below screen shot.Please let me know the steps if we can remove the division column inside the PSO. it will be helpful. Thanks,Shalu

We are getting below exception while uploading Image through Image Library in FSM client on Server : app-tst-ifs-we-002.Note : we tried all permutation and combination of image category, image group and other settings.Exception: Message: Exception Message : Column(s) Image Category, Image Group in table Cust Image have invalid values.If anyone has the solution, please do let us know.
Hi All,How will we merge the two Design in one Design inside the FSM mobile.?Let’s take an exampleSuppose we have created one Design That is “ATCI Build” and another Design is “Greek Build” Inside those design we have created our screen. Now the question is that How we will merge or move the “Greek Build” design in “ATCI BUILD” Design.? or if anyone created the Design in another environment then how we will merge/move all this design in one Design? Hi Team,In PSO > Scheduling > Resources, when dispatcher wants to assign a task, he needs to be able to see the teams and not only the resources. As per our business requirements, Task has to assigned to the team itself. This team belongs to the same dataset where we are trying to assign task manually. We also tried assigning division to the team, but it didn't work. We understand Teams are like resources and should be visible. Regards,Shalu
Hi Team,We are getting the alert issue message inside the PSO i.e., "Rejected by FSM: Column(s) Person ID in table Task have invalid values.” while assigning the task to CREW.We have created the CREW inside the Team, and then added the CREW_MEMBER and CREW_LEADER in the resource and generated the shift of the crew from the resource planner after adding the CREW in some assigned region.Then inside the scheduling Resource, when we are trying to assign the task to CREW the below error message is coming. "Rejected by FSM: Column(s) Person ID in table Task have invalid values.” while assigning the task to CREW.We are looking forward for your guidance.
