I want to start loading and creating voucher through External Voucher Assistant when ever a file is dropped into IFS through IFS Connect reader into application messages. I have started to create the event when a new post is created in FNDCN_APPLICATION_MESSAGE_TAB and the sender/status is the proper one. The first thing the event does is to copy the file from application message into the server folder - that is handled OK. Then I want to start the External Voucher Assistant in background mode. I have all the parameters necessary to start the job, but when I do this with debugger active in IFS, the file assistant ends up in the schedule job window, and no debugger messages are shown. So I cannot see the final code that post the job for background running. Does anyone in here know how to create PL/SQL code that does the trick?Thanks for any input :)Best regardsIrene
I have seen the idea with title “Posting Proposal page search/filtering doesn't exist like other Aurena pages” , The explanation to this limitation is the following:The destination page - “Posting proposals” is designed in a different way than regular Aurena pages: it uses functions as the data source for the list element on this page. With this design, the current Aurena framework cannot support search/filtering support for this page. So navigations from the lobby or elsewhere cannot give the desired filtering here. (Note that even the “Search“option is not available for this page) As the posting proposals window is central in all invoice follow up, it is very unfortunate that filtering from lobby element is not working.My question to all you smart people in IFS Community is; Is there a possibility to navigate from lobby element and instruct the Posting Proposal page through parameters to open with a pre-defined search? Anyone seen the error message “ETag is incorrect” when entering time registration in Aurena? We run IFSAPP10 UPD20. Refresh web site will solve the problem, but all data entered are lost. Happens now and then, not all the time. Best regardsIrene
Wonder if there is any plans for future Aurena/Cloud framework releases to allow more personalized configuration of frames (remove fields, reorder fields etc) and connect this to a user profile (not as a modified context through page designer)?
After installing UPD13 the time reporting in Aurena have changed. When I open “My Time Card - Details” I start with Register In/Out Time and choose Save and report again (notice the account date is blanked), then I change to Job Result/Project to book hours on specific project. Before UPD13 the time reporting window kept the account date same as reporting In/Out Time, but now the account date is blank. If you are not aware the date has been blanked it is still possible to enter hours without entering date - no error message is given. When pressing Save the message “Project time reporting saved for .”Anyone else having this issue? Is there a workaround?
