Started anbother thread as the previous one was marked as solved. We have an issue whereby sometimes substitution variables work, and sometimes not. The patterns and findings are as follows: We have a notification setup to fire upon project.approval_status being updated. The fields that do not reliably work in the resulting notification messages are:project.user_def1 project.user_def2 project.created_byHere are my the findings from testingIf you change the Approval Status on the Project by directly changing the field on the Project screen. The Notification goes out correctly with all values. However, In our application, the Project Approval status is typlically changed via a business rule triggered from TASK. The XML for this rule output looks like this<update_project><project><project_id>@project_id</project_id><proj_status>OPEN</proj_status><approval_status>SUBMITTED</approval_status><update /></project></update_project
HI all,We are currently trying to get the FSM6u8 Android app running in the Android emulator. We have all the neccessary certificates installed on the virtual device, but it just wont connect. When we type the URL into the device browser, it goes to the landing page, but says certificate is missing. If you click cancel on that message, you still see the page and can download the app. Each time you go to the URL in the browser after that, you get no certificate message. Only when you first try it. We are completely stumped with this and would appreciate any help.I have run the app fro the studio and monitored the logcat and we get the errors below. Thanks in advance. 2021-03-11 15:50:43.933 6940-7085/com.metrix.metrixmobile E/com.metrix.metrixmobile: ProbReadingRemoteResFor1Args: javax.net.ssl.SSLPeerUnverifiedException: CannotVerifyHostname1Args at com.metrix.architecture.services.MetrixRemoteExecutor.execute(MetrixRemoteExecutor.java:332) at com.metrix.architecture.
Can anyone please give me some insight on how the PM Request Generation works internally? We have a PM plan loaded, that has been running quite happily for 6 months. We release tasks gradually, 4 weeks at a time. We last released them up until August 15th, but now, trying to release up to Septemeber 12th yields no Requests/tasks. Yes, there are tasks ready to be released for this time period, and all the tasks were originaly loaded at the same time and are attached to the same PM_Sequence. What would cause them to suddenly not release? I have turned the logging levels up, but nothing really showing in there, no exceptions are recieved. I can see a query being run on ‘contr_autogen_view’ that retrieves nothing. There is also a query in the Log looking for errors (SELECT MESSAGE_ID, LOCALE_CODE, MESSAGE_TYPE, MESSAGE_TEXT from METRIX_MESSAGE_DEF_VIEW where MESSAGE_ID = 'InvalidXMLRequest' and MESSAGE_TYPE = 'ERROR' and LOCALE_CODE = 'EN-GB') but this does not return anything when i
I have a question regarding conditionally showing the ‘Create Request’ button on the ‘Service Requests’ screen of the customer portal. In a nutshell, we service different customers (different organisations), some of which are allowed to create requests, but others not. How do i achieve this on a customer by customer basis? the only way to do this i think would be by one of the following methods (if any of these possible)All customers get the same ‘Requests’ screen but conditionally show the button Each customer gets there own tailored ‘Requests’ screen Have a separate instance of the Portal for each customer, who then access it with their custom URL
