I am wondering if there is a database table that stores the customization details done on particular aliases via the Customizer? For example, I am looking to find what fields are visible to which aliases on specific custom forms. Is there a table that stores this? I’m looking to do this on the Item A field specifically, which is a system field. So far I’m using jptsys_def_state_grp table, which allows me to find which fields have a customization on specific aliases. Now I’d like to know what those customizations are… My organization is currently on assyst 11.2.3 if that helps. Thanks in advance!
Hi, I couldn’t find a resource containing the information that we’re looking for, so I thought I’d log a question here. Our organization has a development and a production environment. We were wondering if there is a way for changes done in production to be automatically replicated on the development environment? In this case, we’re mostly wondering about changes that technicians may apply to singular Items, user profiles, etc. It would be great if those changes could be replicated in development automatically. Is there a feature for this? Does anyone have this set up? We are currently on version 11.2.3, soon to be updated to 11.7.2.
We are finding that when creating Custom lookups and linking them to new Single Select fields, that a blank option appears in the lookup (that isn’t there in the Custom Lookup) But it only looks to be on some, and not others - Is this something anyone else is experiencing? Are there any fixes?
Hi,We are looking to introduce a new offering on the Service Catalogue for our assystNet users to use for when they want to provide us with feedback on the portal. So, for example, if there was something that they felt needed changing/correcting on a specific offering, then they could let us know. But before I go down the route of creating a specific offering for this, I thought I would reach out to see if anyone else has a better idea? I’ve checked the wiki, and the only feedback option available seems to be in assystWeb. Ideally, there would be an out of the box solution for this?
