I am trying to set up a new event action upon existing event PARTS_SUBMITTED_TO_MRB where event action type is Task. When a part is added to MRB, I get the following error:Attribute “COMPLETE_EVENT” does not exist in message “!FNDSER.EVENT_ACTION_PARAM $RECEIVER=...”What am I missing? I am the receiver for the event action as well as the user creating the MRB. Does that not work?
In Cloud, I created a custom event action tied to existing event (PARTS_SUBMITTED_TO_MRB). My event action works and sends a streams message to A user. When I tried to add multiple users (assume User1 and User) via Receiver window, usernames are displayed with semicolon delimiter. Then when I go to trigger event, I get message:The Foundation1 user "User1;User2" does not exist.Does this mean I can only send a streams message to one user?
We are in IFS9 - I need to set-up an authorization Routing template or rule - not sure which might have what I need, that will allow me to have a back-up authorizer. In other words, we only need one person to authorize, but we want to add another to cover when they are not available. I have it set-up in the Routing template with both Authorizers at Step No 10 - but that requires both to authorize. If I change the set-up so the Step No are 10 & 20, it still requires both to authorize but in an order. Is there a way to have 2 individuals but only require 1 authorization? If not through the template, may another option? Thanks!
