Hi,Anyone have any deep level document on Data Collection Configuration for data collection processes of WaDaCo, specially for Report Picking of Handling Units (REPORT_PICKING_HU) and Report Picking of Parts (REPORT_PICKING_PART) ?I have referred online documentation on this, but it doesn’t give any deep level understanding.Actually the requirement is that the WaDaCo users need to see the Part Number (display the part no) as a step or see it as a column in another step at least, in the Report Picking of Handling Units process. But, I checked, the Part No is not there in the Items in the Configuration window, so I cannot set the Part No as a step to select part no from list, or show it as a column in list for another step.Part No is not there in the Items tab What I thought was, if the users need to see the Part No, use the “Report Picking of Parts” process instead, because it has the Part No as a Data Item, so can be configured to show the Part No as a step and select from the List the
Hi,a customer is asking, if through a modification the camera functionality and adding photos in WADACO Apps (Android, Apps 10 >= Update 8) can be implemented, if the functionality is not supported in the process. We do not know if client modifications are necessary or how this can be implemented. Can such modifications be developed in a customer project on base of WADACO meta data and pl/sql implementations ?Best RegardsDetlev
Hello,I’m looking for help with the item list on the WaDaCo WinCE terminal.By default, the first list item is selected - it’s problematic when the barcode scanner gets a different (out of item list) string. The scanner is set to press “ENTER” after each scan, and it confirms the wrong location (please see screenshot attached). Is it possible to change the Windows client's configuration - so the first list item will not be selected by default?WaDaCo Windows terminal (Zebra)Damian
Hi , my customer very instested in WaDaco Aurena Native. While, there are still a few functionality they required are NOT in the WaDoCo "process".So, they want to ask , if we are able to IFS Development Studio to develope custom "Data Colloection Process". (or only R&D can do this.)
Is it possible to use a 2D barcode as part of logging into WADACO on a Windows OS barcode scanning device? The customer is utilizing SSO (Single Sign-on) and so the user only has 2 chances to login directly before their AD account is locked for 30 minutes. The customer would want the 2D barcode to have the username and password embedded in it so that a single scan with an automated carriage return gets the user logged in.
I wanted to understand the main differences between Apps 8 and Apps 10 for the module in IFS called WADACO?• What modules are in APPS8 and APPS10 WADACO?• Are there any key differences?• Any improvements between the two?• What difference in functionality is there in Apps 10?• Can the Cedar Bay modules be replicated in Apps8 and Apps 10?
I was wondering if there’s an easy method to see which WaDaCo transactions allow you to set up the camera / photo attachment functionality? The “Camera Enabled” box is available in all configurations but I know it’s not actually usable in all of them so would be good to be able to know which ones have it and don’t without building and testing each different type of configuration.
Hi Everyone, Is there a way to create a popup or notification when trying to start a new transaction before completing your current transaction. We are trying to prevent incomplete transactions in WaDaCo or users moving on before they hit save. Thanks for any help or suggestions. -Mike
Hi, I’m having an issue that released configurations don’t show up on mobile device directly. And when they show up it displays an older version of the configuration or a duplicated version of a existing configuration. Have anyone had this issue? Thanks, Jonas
