Hi Lisa, 48 hours is the default lifetime of refresh tokens. This error is visible to the user since the user is offline over a period of 48 hours (presumably this happens over the weekend). You can increase the refresh token's lifetime to 72 hours or more to stop the users from seeing this error over the weekend. Here is how to do it - https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/Foundation1/040_administration/210_security/015_authentication/040_configure_DBIDP/default.htm see under the section Configure behavior through server startup parameters. This would mean that without any interaction from the user, the user will be logged in to the app for the duration of the refresh token's lifetime. This can be increased up to 90 days. But we suggest you keep to a reasonably low lifetime. Best regards,/Thilina

Hi Hayley, If the user is locked, the Account Status should be updated as Locked in the Oracle User Management screen (Solution Manager / Security / Oracle Users). This value will be updated based on the current status of the Oracle User. Best regards,/Thilina
Hi Hayley,You can change the value for Failed_Login_Attempts from the the Oracle Profile window, found in Solution Manager / Security / Oracle Users folder. You can see the Account Status from the “Oracle User Management” screen (found in Solution Manager / Security / Oracle Users). You can unlock the user from back-office as you do now. There is a “Password_Lock_Time” parameter in the previously state Oracle Profile window where you can specify the number of days an account will be locked after the specified number of consecutive failed login attempts. You can set the Oracle Profile used by a particular Oracle user using the “Oracle User Management” screen.
