IFS Apps 10 UPD11 with AzureAD configured as the main Identity Provider (SSO). I understand that WADACO Client on Windows Mobile only supports Database Identity Provider. Question: Is it possible to have Aurena and IEE users logging in using Azure AD and at the same time WADACO users running on Windows Mobile authenticating using Oracle (Database Identity Provider)? Mateusz KlosPartner and Senior Application Architect Ahead ERP Consulting Inc.mateusz.klos@aheaderp.com+1 262 212 2601 Hi Mateusz, If you enable the SSO authentication for IEE client, that means your native Applications also should use the same authentication method. Because their we having only a single place to enable the authentication from the Admin Console.Refer the Attached screenshot, Let me know if you need anything else about the SSO authentication.Thanks,Ashen.
The Aurena Native version of Scan It does not use Account Manager so you have to login to the App directly to use it. On Apps 10 this new App is called “IFS Aurena Scan It 10” Agreed.
Hi Alexander, That is possible. Please refer to the attached document. Once you have configured all the things according to the documentation. Follow the below steps and enable the SSO authentication from the Admin Console,IFS Middleware Server Admin Console configurationsAfter the applications have been added to Azure AD as explained in the above section, some configurations are needed in IFS Middleware Server Admin Console to finish setting up IFS Applications to use Microsoft Azure AD as the Open ID Connect Identity Provider.Login to IFS Admin Console. Go to "Common > Security".The DEFAULT tab holds the Open ID provider configuration details for the Aurena client and the native applications. Select "Azure Active Directory" as the Identity Provider. Fill in the details as shown below. Parameter Value Identity Provider Azure Active Directory Identity Provider URL https://login.microsoftonline.com/<tenant_id>* Note: tenant_id here is t
We are having this same issue and we are also a managed cloud customer. I was told we should just be able to use the Aurena applications as we have been using the APPS 10 standard ones, but we are experiencing the Redirect URL error. Hi For the Aurena Application their having separate redirect URLs that need to be included from customer end. Please check the following URL that address the Aurena Application, URI Type Redirect URI Web <environment_URL>/main/ifsapplications/projection/oauth2/callback/ <environment_URL>/main/ifsapplications/web/oauth2/callback/ e.g.: https://acme-test.ifs.cloud:48080/main/ifsapplications/projection/oauth2/callback/ https://acme-test.ifs.cloud:48080/main/ifsapplications/web/oauth2/callback/ Note: The trailing slash is required in both the URIs Thanks & Best Regards,AshenIFS Cloud Service Center
A customer is having issues with the Aurena Scan it App. It says, the redirect URI is invalid. This is for an IFS 10 Customer within IFS Managed Cloud. I do not have access credentials for the admin console nor do I have access to the Admin console itselft as the link is not working. I guess there are some port restrictions and it is not forwarded. How can I request the Addition of Redirect URIs within a cloud managed environment? Kind regards, Tobias Hi Tobias, Most probably this happens once you enable the SSO authentication for the IFS Application. There having set of redirect URLs that needs to include in both customer side ( App Registration ) and the IFS admin console end. Please check the following redirect URL that regarding to the IFS Touch AppsRaise case case to the Cloud Service team and ask them to add following redirect URLs to external redirect URL from Admin Console. In the meantime check your App Registration as well. Those URLs should be there as well. Account
Well, this was partially resolved by erasing the default IFS/AD attributes in the Configuration screen and replacing with the supported attributes documented in the help guide. First check the port using the telnet command Connectivity can be check using a third party application from the server. Ex - LDAP AdminThanks,Ashen
We are having the same error but only for Aurena Client. IEE client works fine. If the problem was with the Client Secret, I would think that both clients should raise the same error, correct? Do you have any ideas how to resolve this problem? Mateusz Yeah but just the following log file. Then you can have an idea about the logging issue.<IFS Home>\wls_domain\<Instance Name>\servers\MainServer1\logs\MainServer1.logMost probably you have added client secret id instead of client secret value. This should works after you provided the correct secret value.
