We have the same issue. The user works in finance. How about the previous commenters, what part of IFS are you using?
We ended up exporting the settings for the User/Windows/Features/tbwCustomerOrderCharge from a user which had a correct pane and imported it to the users which did not see the data rows.
@jokasper Did you found a solution on this issue?
Hi @alhmafa I believe the Print name configured is incorrect. Could you please check the configurations of the printer name? Hi,Thank you for your reply.Right now I can’t figure out what the issue is.Is there an issue with the current configuration?Regards,/Mats
Ok… Just out of curiosity, run the following query: select * from archive_tab where trunc(exec_time) = trunc(sysdate) And see if the LANG_CODE column is showing different languages
Where it says “The system cannot find the file specified” - To me this looks as though it is trying to find the file in a different folder. i.e. its looking for a different language folder. Are you using Crystal Reports? No, we are not using Crystal Reports.
The issue we are having doesn’t point to a language problem.Looking into the log I can see that a single user hits this error sporadic.
Hi,We have the same issue.Did you get this sorted out?
