Condition Parameter is added as an addition to Accumulated and Limit parameters where the reported value is either without UoM or of an estimated type.Examples,Has this machine been used the last week: Yes / NoWhat is the general status (condition) of this machine: good / ok / badHow much corrosion is there on this machine: Non / Some / MuchIs there a need for repair: Straight away / within a month / no These can then be used in the same way as any other parameter. To be used as triggers, to capture KPI’s, follow trends, etc
Hi NK,replace function only works when both PM actions are selected in the same generation process. If you have setup your 6 month job to replace the 3 month one, then the 3 month job will not be generated when you do a calendar generation and the 6 month job is generated. The 6 month job does not check if there is a 3 month job active. There are two reasons to why the 3 month job is not generated.1. it is replaced by the 6 months2. there already exist an open 3 months jobBut there are no reason to why the 6 month job should not be generated.kind regardsChristian
Hi,I assume that “Create WO/Task/Task Step” was ticked in before you tried to tick in “Create PM”. There is probably a WO somewhere, could be in any company/site as this is table is not site specific.Do you have access to view all sites?kind regardsChristian
Hi Greggcould you try to recreate this issue with a logic period of time between readings. Looks like you have added all readings the very same day, and then I don’t think the mathematical model will work. kind regardsChristian
