Thank you for your reply. I see my mistake now: Because the Copy Services are a “pull to the new part number”, and also the Cloud/Aurena menus are interactive, the Copy Service does not show if you are viewing the menu from a Released part. Sorry for my oversight. Thanks again for your follow-up.
Thank you for the feedback. Out of 3 Cloud environments I have checked the Unit Code is not appearing on the DEFAULTS screen. It is not a matter of viewing columns, it is the data record not appearing. Two of the environments are 21R2 and one is 21R1. I will have one of the customers log a case and see how to resolve this.
How do we (or the customer) go about letting IFS know the importance of this to the customer, and what fields are most important to them? My first assumption would be status since a key tenant of document control is status, but of course the customers will have the best input.
