How to enable LoV button in Manual Supplier Invoice screen.

Functionality is such if posting proposal is enabled under invoice tab in the respective company First you will have to click on the posting proposal button on the MSI Inside posting proposal page you will be able to view the LOV  Best Regards,Rashen

Customer Offset Items

Hi @khalil.elmoujaddidi, Ideally if you have open invoices in the company, you should be directly to select multiple invoices prepayments where you could select the invoices.  Does this happen always and did you try refreshing the window or restarting the application. At the same time, as a workaround you can use mixed payment window and do the offset.You can enter the payment amount as zero under “enter customer payment” and match the invoices where the same functionality will work. Kind Regards,Rashen

 Hi @Tharindu Nadeeshan,This is possible in IFS which I will show in the below example.PO amount is 1000 and Quantity is 10. When matching the PO you can change the receipt quantiy as in below screenshot.( RMB on line or the header of Manual Supplier invoice >Purchasing> Match PO receipts  Using the above functionality, I have matched the PO for two invoices.Invoice 1 - Qunatity 4 - Amount 400Invoice 2 - Qunatity 6 - Amount 600Invoice 1 Invoice 2 Hence, you can match the same PO for two invoices by changing the receipt quanity when matching the PO.Thanks and Best Regards,Rashen

Supplier payment on account.

Hi @Nagarjuna ,Go to supplier payment window and add a new entry.Under the general tab enter the cash account and enter the amountGo to transactions tabAdd a new entrySelect the check box New Payment on Account (The checked box indicates that it is a new payment on account entry.)Then you can enter the supplier and the amount.Save the window > RMB > Approve.
