@VT_VKOLB Since you have not mapped the key field BUSINESS_OBJECT_TYPE replace the Flag “K” with “-” in method list attribute (green marked K must be - ) THANKS! Your recommendation seems to be working. getting an “Updated” result now. validating data to be sure the update actually took. this change was not required in the other environment that was updating the data. Are you able to explain why this change to Method List Attributes was needed in one IFS environment but not another? Sincerely,Vince

Makede, thanks!! I am embarrassed that I did not catch that myself. 🤦
so my issue is not when I have a value for the _DB column. but I like what I see in your codemy issue is when NULL exists for the _DB column and it is not a mandatory column. We get the error that we are violating the constraint. makes no sense. it is like we need a way to tell the processing to not process these types of columns if NULL exists. I hope I am making sense
the two pairs are just one example of the system not ignoring a NULL value, but still performing the constraint check
Hi @RavinduS Thanks for the quick reply, Looking at the document provided it primarily points down the migration via Excel Add-In route rather than the upload file to intermediary table and then into IFS route however it put me on the right path regarding the Method List and how to correctly add the CFV/CFP with the correct method attributes. I also found the attached document as well which filled in the last 5%. Regards Nathan the additional documentation noted here is what helped me solve my similar migration job issue. having an example of multiple custom fields defined in the source mapping with the example for the DUMMY column is what I was missing!
Okay, I have resolved my issue. This is embarrassing, the lobby has a Site parameter and I simply had to make a change to a site with data. sorry to have taken up anyone’s time with this.
