Thank you for you response - I will look into it - we are used to uploading our BACs file to a Bank Portal - so may opt for a 3rd party solution - more meetings to come to understand the full requirement. RegardsTrudy
Thank you, Graham. That resolution sounds simple and I would never have thought of that. We also now think we can cancel the PO and it removes the liability - I was not sure this would work. We are newbies at POs and learning slowly through our mistakes :) probably not ideal! Thanks again for helping Trudy
Thank you Karolina, we have changed status to Confirmed via RMB, but when we update the data in the Advertisement tab we get an error message saying we cannot update in Confirmed status. Trying to work outif we have missed something or we have hit bug. Regards Trudy
