This has now been resolved, the problem was a component part under one of the PO parts.

Hi, the only way i could get it to import was through the Aurena client.We as a business never use the Aurena Client so this was quite unusual, but the answer to your question is you have to use the Aurena client.
Hi,Before i raised a case i managed to open and read one of the logs and the issue was stuck application messages, there were 2 messages stuck in a state of “Processing”I shutdown and restarted the middleware and the messages have been processed correctly, the log file is now back to normal!Thanks for your help!Steve

I have finally got to the bottom of this, in tnsnames.ora the PDB entry was missing hence why the 12154 error code.As soon as this was updated the Reports ran fine.This happened when updating Oracle.Thanks for all you help!

Just thinking about this again, we have also changed the IFSSYS password, I see this is stored in the ifs-crystal-config.xml encrypted?Do you need to update this?And if so how?

Firstly thanks for the reply! After what you said I looked at the error message again, the AXIS1 is the site, it looks like the Part No portion is blank\null? I have looked at parts created on or after the 14th May and cannot find anything obvious The error message shown is all that's available in the MRP background job.
