How to add properties to Graphical Position Structure.

Hi @ddecker This seems to be a difference in the version you use and the version in the video. IF we want to define properties in graphical position structure we should have properties defined in the property field definition with context type ‘Position’. Once that is done when you go to graphical position structure though you don't see the new property button you can see the properties you defined in the screen and you can assign them. uncheck ‘Only Assigned Properties’Hope this helps.

Hi @AnGo If you are using payment method CASH you have to setup the payment method as cash in the employee file. and run the payment in full then go to employee payments select the payment and perform payment in cash which will make the transaction go to ‘PAID’ state.

Hi @AnGo Continuation of the aboveOnce the payment in full is completed Go to employee payments window and notice that the payments are now in authorized state Now go to the ‘Transfer payments’ window to transfer these payments to the financial institution. You have to type a file name and run the process. Once completed successfully you can notice that the employee payment is now in transferred state.Once its completed go to ‘Acknowledge payments 'window to acknowledge the transfer of the payment files. when you acknowledge which is the final step the employee payments will be converted to ‘paid’ status

Hi @AnGo Once the expense sheet is authorized make sure the below are setupEmployee payment methods Employee payment method is connected to the employee using the properties in the employee fileEmployee payment account is connected to the employee using the properties in the employee file Update the GL User group trying to perform this function should be connected in voucher series per voucher type for ‘S’ voucherOnce the above are completedGo to ‘Payments in Full’ window Select your payment method and run for the desired date once successfully completed you will get the below message Let me know whether you were able to do successfully

Credit Card - Reimbursable

Hi @SARAHO Since you credit card type is non reimbursable ideally a company provided credit card the expenses incurred using that card are not going to be reimbursable which will not allow any reimbursable expense codes to be connected to credit card transactions.If you are entering a normal transaction you have the ability to decide the reimbursable and non reimbursable transactions and you can change it at the time of entry. Hope this helps.

Hi @AnGo Good to hear, It should have been a refresh issue. Always make sure to do a refresh when you add new details. At times all those new details will be shown after a refresh or when you enter the company name manually it will populate a drop down before a refresh.

Domestic Travel Allowance details

Hi @AnGo If you had entered a percentage then the abroad rule should be defined. Percentage is used to calculate the allowance for abroad travel. Remove the the percentage and try saving the record.

Credit Card - Reimbursable

Hi @SARAHO I further did some research on this. The issue you are facing is because you have set the expense code as reimbursable in the expense rule window. That is why the system is throwing an error message. Please change the expense code ‘E0002’ to non reimbursable in expense rule window and try again to edit the expense.
