Hi All, I just want to make sure I get the difference between “Cancel” and “Freeze” : Freeze allows you to block the PO _ but you can release the PO again later on. It is just a momentary stoppage in the flow. Cancel will block the PO forever, once it is done you cannot go back. Is my assumption correct ? Best regards,

Tharanga, I confirm that the problem with the duplication of child leads & the wrong lead/account replacing our initial choice due to a similar ID number is still the case for our client. This is a very important matter for us and our client, Would it be possible to adress it in an appropriate time ?
