Hello everyone,
I'm trying to use the new "Scan New Contact" tool but as soon as I import the business card I get this error:


I've seen in the online documentation that you need to configure PSO to use the feature, but I can't.

I get the same above issue in 24R2 installations (OCR scan in Quotations)… is this part of a configuration?

Appreciate if someone from RnD can look in to this issue now being posted for 10 months...
