@TWNBERNARD Have you granted the PostingProposalHandling projection on your permission set?
@Karina Ganobis It is used to configure whether to display time or not on the Focus Date, Expected Response Date and Task Due Date fields.) Value TRUE will display the date and time. Value FALSE will only display date.
Hi @JannetteC This should be possible by navigating to ‘Part Serial’ and then ‘Rename’ from the Serial Object page. And you might need to make sure that ‘In Inventory’ is the current position. Best,Daniel
Hi @JannetteC,One way is to create a Repair Work Order for the connected part and navigate to the Return tab on the Work Task and return that part to inventory. This is not really my area but here is an extraction from the documentation:“This activity is used to enter information on parts that must be returned from a task in work order to inventory or to return rental assets to inventory which had been issued to a task in work order. You can register the quantity of each part you want to return. After you complete the registration, the part may be returned to inventory. This activity can be also used to return the parts that need to be repaired. Since it is a broken part it is possible to update the value of the part when returning. When you return rental parts into inventory that had been rented in from a supplier, you are asked whether you want to return parts directly to the supplier or not. You can perform the supplier return process subsequently. For a broken serial part (i.e Incl
Hi @djedaiB,The ‘Status’ column on the Serial/Functional Objects page is the current status of the PM Program. A new PM Program receives the status Preliminary. The status can thereafter be changed by using the PM Program Status operation. A PM Program can have one of the following statuses: Preliminary, Active, or Obsolete and is a non editable field. On the Functional Object page:And on the Functional Objects page: The ‘Status’ in the Type Designation tab on the Serial Object page refers to the status of the technical class is automatically displayed if the Technical Class field contains a value. The status is either 'Not Approved' or 'Approved'. Best regards,Daniel
@JannetteC Or you might just have to go the the page Undo Scrap Inventory Part.
Hi @Djedai,Yes, you are correct. Service Contracts can be used to generate a Work Orders and Request Contract cannot. These are two separated flows, where Service Contracts are used WOs, PM Actions etc., while Request Contracts are used in Requests and Recurring Service Programs. Best regards,Daniel
Hi @mick.colpitts,The signature in APP9 is retrieved from Person and is the same as the Person ID. The Person is defined in Application Base Setup > Enterprise > Person. In the Identity field in Person you can enter the identity of the person. If you want to change or enter a new information about a previously entered person in this window, you can click on Populate or Query Dialog to search for it. Best regards,Daniel
Hi @lisa.gilesAB , The SLA Latest Finish Date is coming from the resolution time defined on the template lines in the SLA Order Template: If, like in this example, no work stage is specified, all work tasks with no work stage defined under that work order must be set to ‘Work Done’ in order for the Resolution Time to be set on the SLA Order. This is also the case if the Work Stage on the Work Task is not matching any Work Stage set on the Template Lines in the SLA Order Template. In another example where a Work Stage is defined, all Work Tasks with that Work Stage must be set to ‘Work Done’ for it to get the resolution time.
