@Malin Norgren Did you find a resolution to this issue? We are having the same problem with (some of) or documents as well since upgrading from 22r1 to 23r1. Similar rule setup, similar report rule log output (complete with xx%3DDocumentClass reference even)...and document does not get checked in. Any wisdom you might be able to share? Must be a byproduct of 23r1...but can’t find the missing link.
Just an update (in case it helps anyone else)...in the end, I was able to upload our updated knownhost file successfully after adding an extension of .txt. The confusion was that the file uploaded withOUT the extension in our 23r1su9 environments (we are in the middle of upgrading)...but for some reason 22r1su10 requires it.
@Tomas Ruderfelt I have a similar issue. I am trying to change the replication option of an existing IAL but the ‘Use Live Data’ option is the only one available when I edit. There is no option to select ‘Copy All Data’. Does that have to be selected when the IAL was originally created? Would I just need to delete this and then recreate it with that option selected?
@sherath Did you manage to find a resolution to this issue? We have just starting encountering the same issue. I have updated the knownhost file, but now am not able to upload it...the logs which I have requested from IFS all indicate “Fatal error in timer [READER:[reader_name]] count=1495 delay=600000” and I have not been able to get beyond this.
Hi @Mathias Dahl ...we are experiencing the same issue here. I am running 64 bit Outlook and basically get no response from IFS Cloud (22R1) when I attempt to send a Document File by email. However, when I do this test with IEE (Apps8Sp1), it DOES create the Outlook email without any issue. Any thoughts or insights you might be able to share would be welcomed eagerly!
