IFS Cloud 23R1 - Crystal report setup error

Would  networkpolicy:     enabled: false In ifscloud-values.yaml override that?  "I'm not sure whether it would override, but if it doesn't, you can manually add them in the ifscloud-values.yaml file."parameter needs to be in installation values yaml (ifscloud-values.yaml) for it to be persistent. However, make sure it's property indented as below.ifscore:  networkpolicy:    enabled: true    crystalhost: 10.0.45.6And run pods restart

IFS Cloud 23R1 - Crystal report setup error

hi @Alex Ivkovic  From IFS Cloud 23R1 onwards, network policies are enabled by default. STUCK thread while executing native sender: 'null'

The reason behind this issue is, the related functional flow takes more than 600 seconds to complete its work. By default, the timeout value for a STUCK thread has been set as 600 seconds in Weblogic. Therefore, if a process takes more than 600 seconds to complete, it is considered as a STUCK thread as per the design of the application. But, even though if you get a STUCK thread for a application message, that does not mean it is a permanent one which is a final blocking thread. This STUCK thread will be released once the process is completed. In this scenario the STUCK thread will be released after the work manager completes the functional flow in the background. The Fix----------* Increase the timeout value of the related BizApi call. The timeout setting can be set specifically to a relevant BizApi call. Therefore, please increase the current value at least up to 15minutes (900 seconds). After changing the timeout value, we can check if it causes to reduce the number of failed Applic

IFS Report Crystal error

Before viewing the crystal report the layout should exist on the location where Crystal Reports are storedYou can find this path from  Web.Config file on CWS and find open report path location and place the rpt layout in a given path<appSettings> <add key="OpenReportPath" value="C:\reports\Test Reports\CXI"/></appSettings>

Problem with Report Designer IFS CLOUD

Hi @DominikaM  This is an issue in the tool although this error popup it’s getting connected to the report designer with ifsapplication and you can continue the report design work.
