Hi Leva Rituma, Thank you for your swift response.I have tried this but the asset has had some depreciation charged prior to the original write down to 0. Because of this it won’t let me add a start date to the book for depreciation. Thanks for your help.Helen
Hi, No unfortunately not. We asked IFS for some Payroll consultancy but they weren’t able to provide anything. As we hit the year end it will be picked up by HMRC and corrected to the employee. ThanksHelen
HI,Is there an expire date in the Order tab on the customer? ThanksHelen
Hi Lasanthi, I work with Paul. The issue is that the absence limit generation is triggered at the start of the month (based on the month setting). What we have found is that where the employee leaves mid month they will get the full holiday assigned despite not having “Earned” it.I would like to understand what the options are to stop the full value of the month’s holiday being added at the start of the month and understand how other IFS customers have got around this issue. Hi Paul, Do you refer the qualification period on Absence Configuration, limit definitions? Can you clarify the requirement with more details please? Best Regards, Lasanthi ThanksHelen
Hello Helen, I thought about this a little more. Object Controlled Access for Document Management should help you with this. The individuals who can access documents are controlled by the position access/employee access settings of HR and NOT with the native document access functionality that we’re all used to. Please try and see if that solves the problem. Patrick This worked perfectly. We can mix with a group of administrators via the native document management configuration and the object controlled access to give access to the relevant employee/line managers.
