Thank you so much Johan for your reply. It was really helpful. We are having a lot of issues with our Scan It devices unfortunately. It tends to be when the user leaves it idle and logged in. Is it possible for a user to remain logged in to Scan IT or is best practise to log out? Our operators would prefer to remain logged in if possible without returning to gun after 5 minutes and having errors, frozen sessions etc that they then have to restart the device or log out and log back in. Any troubleshooting tips would be much appreciated.We use ADFS authentication. Fiona

Resolved by IFS. Missing patch belongs to UPD15. Tested in environment with update 15 and error does not occur.
Errors as shown on scanning guns
Thanks both for your input. We are trialling the iOS version of Scan It Aurena today and we noticed we get this pop up about expired credentials which we don’t in the Android version - it tends to freeze, return a blank screen or error as above. Could the Android app be experiencing the same expired credential issue but not giving the end user the feedback?
Hi, we believe this to be an issue with Update 15. This still works in our Update 14 environment. I’ve logged it as a bug with IFS support.
Thanks Dario, were can we access the Wadaco FW (framework??) ?We are hosted by IFS so I’m guessing won’t have access to this to check. I think our Wadaco was setup with help from an IFS partner. Thanks, Fiona
