Hiare you able to use other features of the APP? If not maybe there is somethin wrong with the set-up of IFS Account Manager and/or you have a valid IFS Touch Apps subscription? There might also be a filter not showing closed/Cancelled NCR so you might want to check against different statuses.BRAndreas
