Hi, A workaround that you could try is to add the custom field that you need in the ‘Receipts’ window, there should be no issues with editing data there. Then you can create a read only custom field on the Purchase Receipts History field that is fetching the data from the custom field on the Receipts window. Regards,Roel
Hi, You can manage this through the User Profile tab in the options. You can create a Base Profile that would apply to all the users that need to use this template (could be multiple Base Profiles, then this setup needs to be repeated for each Base Profile). Open the Options, open the User Profile tab and click Edit Base Profiles. Select the Base Profile that you want to edit.You should see that profile becoming your Active Profile. Now you can open the Prepare Work Order screen and create your template. After creating it, go back to the options and click Save Profile. Now this template will be visible for all users to which that Base Profile is applied. Hope this helps.
This message means that the PO needs to be authorised before it can be released. This is set up on the Company screen in the Distribution - Purchasing tab. Here you can also find the ‘Allow Manual Update of Authorization Routing’ option.
