Hi @Vindya Wijesinghe Vindya,Please refer the explanation below:Main representative in the Contact tab indicates “The user responsible for the customer contact.”So whenever a contact person is added, and if the logged in user is defined as a Representative in the CRM and SRM Basic Data window, it fetches that user as the main representative as in who is responsible for that added contact.Below two contacts were added by the logged in user ALAIN (ALAIN is defined as a Representative in basic data window). Therefore in Representative tab, ALAIN is shown as the Main Representative for each of these contacts. Then login to the application from another user ANARLK (this user is defined as a Representative in basic data window)The Main Representative is changed to the new logged in user ANARLK only for this contact, because ANARLK is responsible for the newly added contact. If you again click on contact KERI, who is added by logged in user ALAIN, Representative is changed to ALAIN. Because
Hi @MickCOl , The purpose of the sales process is to guide the sales representative through the different stages of a business opportunity. It will tell the user which action to perform next during a stage. Each stage of the process should contain a number of actions. For each action you can define what the user should do. For example enter data in a specific field on the opportunity or create a Business Activity. When the Business Opportunity is created you have to connect the sales process from LoV (only if a Sales Process is needed to be connected). Then the sales process needed to be taken along the stages /actions. If your question is to check whether the sales process itself can be re-executed as and when needed without connecting to a business opportunity, that is not facilitated as far as I know. We cannot create revision to a sales process in the standard application. Sales Process should be connected to a business opportunity and use as a guide to proceed the Business Opportu
Hi @Mirali Mirali,You can enter an Inventory Part record, if this Faulty compressor is not already included in the inventory part records. You can enable serial / lot accordingly upon saving the Inventory Part record on the pop up window If you want this part to be located in an inventory location with a qty of 1, use ‘Receive Inventory Part’ window - > Search the inventory part number you created above and enter qty 1. At this point you can enter any serial num or lot number as needed (these fields will be enabled as defined in the inventory part window) Upon saving, you can define any cost values incurred with this accordingly Once save this record, cost details will be visible in the Inventory Part window -> Cost tab Inventory Part in stock window shows the qty and the locationHope this helps! Thanks
