Hi @JuniSihombing ,Check whether you have the following fuctions assigned to your role. - ADHOCCATEGORY- ADHOCREPORT- ADHOCREPORTWIZARD-METRIXADHOCCATEGORYThese funtions should be given to your user’s role under the funtions tab. Meaning these funtions should be enabled to your user. Then > save > refresh cache full > and search for the Ad hoc Reports screen Hope this helps :) Thanks,Kalpa
Hi @JuniSihombing ,Have you tried editing the ad hoc reports from the Ad hoc reports screen? or Are you trying to edit them from the Reports screen > Ad hoc reports button and then edit it from the wizard? Thanks,Kalpa
Hi @HannMat, By looking at the screen prints, I’m trying to understand what you had done here. I’m seeing both resource ID 507, 767 records present in the team in FSM. Have you ‘deleted’ the old record which is the resource ID 507 > save > refresh cache full? is it what you meant by ‘Resource ID was changed’? If not, why don’t you give that a try and check if you can stil experience this? Thanks, Kalpa
Hi @Panduj I have installed the PSO 6 But he will first Login / Password for “Administrator” Assuming that you are trying to log in to the PSO workbench, The first thing you see that you are asked to login as “Administrator”, - You need to give the password that was given to as Administrator and then you can change the password as you want. Also, if you need to create a new user - Go to > Administrator workspace > Organization > Users There you can create a new user with the the credentials as you please. I hope this helps. Thanks, -K-
Hi @Abdelmajid , I presume you have already created a part. However, setting up a non inventory part meaning that particular part is not being tracked from the inventory. So in order for that particular part to be not tracked from the inventory go to the details tab of the part and untick the ‘Adjust stock’ check box. Hence, the said part will not be tracked from the inventory which makes the said part a non inventory part. I hope this helps. Thanks, K.
