Hi Tom, A related issue for you. Is there a way to modify the Scheduling Status linked to the FSM status in the TASK_STATUS code table? And if so, can we select “Do Not Schedule” to be linked to Open? We have recently added configuration which will automatically send most Open tasks from FSM directly to PSO. This is so our planners can have a visual representation of the work to be schedule on the PSO Map.Thanks
Thank you.I configured the following:This has given results where no individual journey time will be more than 30 mins. Is there a way to manipulate the system to allow resource max travel setting permitted for the first journey, to their first activity, and then from then on to restrict by Max Journey Time?I am looking to have options available for the first call up to 2 hours, but then from then on, only 30 minutes away for each additional activity. Thanks
Hi, I gave Filters a try. Is there a way i would be able to build them to allow for multiple to be on and show results at one time? As you can see below, when both task type filters are applied, they cancel each other out and bring no results on the map. Thanks
We were able to configure ours via business rules
Thanks Tom,Should I therefore be using numeric statuses, as used by PSO (-1 etc) or would I use DoNotSchedule etc? Thanks
