Hello. My IFS version is IFS Apps 10 Update 16.
I’m trying to use the “Send Email” action in a report rule to change the default email that IFS sends when you share a Customer Order Confirmation. I can change the Subject and the Body, but renaming the attachment and changing who the email is from is not working. The attachment retains the default name “CUST_ORD_CONF_REP_#####.pdf” and the From on the email is the default “noreply@blahblahblah.com”. Is there something special you have to do to make those change?
