Cannot Duplicate an Incident from Incidents List

I am trying to duplicate an existing Incident record in the Incidents transaction. I can select the Duplicate button and I can update some columns, but when I try to save, I get an error message that The date of the incident is required to be incident reported date or an earlier date. This works in Apps10/IEE. When duplicating the record in 21R1, it’s duplicating the Reported Date and Time and that field is not editable. It should enter sysdate into the Reported Date and Time as it does in Apps10/IEE.The same thing happens if you try to duplicate the incident in the detail record.

Has anybody integrated with Spotler?

We are investigating the move of our CRM into IFS to seemlessly align with the rest of the business but one key external tool we use is Spotler so need to build an API for that. As it is a big unknown and Spotler themselves don’t have an integration our marketing team are understandably nervy about the capability to do so. We have some techical folks reviewing the API but wondered if anyone in the community has already done this to show that it is possible?

Can a FSM Lobby tile display an Power BI dashboard?

We currently have an FSM tile in a lobby displaying a live Cognos report via a URL point to the report location in an element. I’d like to expand on that and have a much improved visualisation published through our IBM Power BI. I have tried displaying or linking to the Power BI by entering the URL to where PBI is available. Can this be done in a Lobby Element? I have tried but the element tile is just blank/white.

Proxy problem with ArcGis

Once selecting a GIS object and trying to connect it to an IFS object, the hereunder message fires. Seems my proxy definition is wrong, but I’m a bit lost amongst the different possibilities offered by documentation and what the integration tries to do in such a case as no IFS object is selected at that moment. Java Access Provider: Use of Server object

Simple Excel Plugin output

Hi I have created a Excel Report Plugin Layout which is producing an xml file containing the data that I require but when I open it in Excel I can see that there are duplicate columns (screenshot 2).Looking at the XML (screenshot 1) it has a ExpandedColumnCount of 67 but there are actualy only 18 columns of data. I have attached the xml showing the duplicate column headers. Is this a problem with my .rpl file or is it something else? Error 500 when logging to IFS10

Hi community, Help would be appreciated since I can not resolve myself this issue.I am installing IFS 10 UPD10 as a demo environment on a Windows virtual machine. I have done the process many times (Oracle, IFS, UPD, self-certificate)...I’m currently having issue while launching IFS Enterprise Explorer: getting Error 500. IFS Aurena seems ok. I have already cleared cache in AppData and check security boxes in advanced security. Any matters on this? Hi , Does anyone know if there's a functionality in IFS to re-label all inventory parts by location? eg. I want to print labels from all inventory parts located in a specific Bay or Row. I don’t want to print labels part by part, this will take forever. thanks

Print Job Error

I am running a Deferred_Call within an event that is creating a new print job for another operational report. I then have setup a report rule to print that report. Everything prints fine expect Im getting this error message in the background job from that custom api call. Is there anyway to prevent these error messages? I have moved the api call to different batch queues but it is still triggering. Do I need to keep extending the time? “Unable to register new print job. The same report is already being processed in print job [ ]. Please allow more time for it to finish. ORA-20110: PrintJobContents.ALREADYIN

Inventory Part Structure Defaults

Hello, I am attempting to set specific defaults for Reserve/Issue Method and Issue Overreported Qty on the Inventory Part Manufacturing tab. I have not found a Basic Data or setting that would allow me to specify these settings when adding a new Inventory Part.Essentially i would like the Reserve/Issue Method to default to “Backflush” and the Issue Overreported Qty to be checked by default. I’m not sure if this is possible or not. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
