Unable to login to IFS APP10 and received error UCEERR_RENDERTHREADFAILURE(EXCEPTION from HRESULT: 0x88980406)

User have a new device with high resolution setting, when connected with VPN

network speed not able to met the screen resolution settings solution: change the setting to lower resolution.
