Hi , 

 

While configuring the print agent getting the below error on monitor screen.

 

 

[008] 11/24/2022 12:34:29 PM: Failed to register!
[008] 11/24/2022 12:34:29 PM: One or more errors occurred.
An error occurred while sending the request.
The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.
Authentication failed because the remote party has closed the transport stream.
[008] 11/24/2022 12:34:29 PM: State changed: ERROR
[015] 11/24/2022 12:34:29 PM: REST Service started on http://SCRBSOTMATNG001:8200/

Hi @Abhilok,

Have you configured IFS Applications to use TLS 1.2 only? Or do you use a reverse proxy that only supports TLS 1.2?

If that is the case, support for TLS 1.2 for the .Net Print Agent has been added in IFSAPP10 UPD9. The patch ID is 153959.

Hi @Charith Epitawatta,

On the same server, Production Print agent i’m trying to configure but prior to prod i have configured its pre-prod env and it is running fine with 8100 rest port.

 

  1. if i stop the preprod one and trying it to start from the prod one by changing the connection string to preprod its working but when i revert it to prod connection string its throws the error.
  2. Preprod REST PORT - 8200 and PROD  REST PORT - 8100.

i have crosschecked we are using TLS 1.2 only.
