Can we upload credit limits in a batch to ensure they are up to date in IFS?
For example if I can extract a file from our insurers of current limits can these be quickly input into IFS, or do I have to check and update each on individually?

Yes,
In your version, the external file functionality is very common. You would use the IFF process to create a file type and template from a view. That process takes me less than a couple minutes. That topic has been asked numerous times in the forum.
The other option is for the migration job. It’s similar and IMO, not nearly as fast to create. The migration job is the only option in Aurena / IFS Cloud. One nice feature of the migration job is the excel addon. It creates an excel sheet that is more integrated within IFS / the migration process.
Best regards,
Thomas

Thank you
I did search in forum and couldn’t find any related questions/answers. Do you have any link to a how to guide that would help me to set this up?
Hi,
My first search found a video uploaded by Bob Corrigan.
I lost that link.
The last one should be very helpful.
