In Cloud, when a work task is assigned to a pool when transferring to the mobile app, how is the pool defined? is it based on the maintenance organization on the work task? The allocated resources? The maintenance team assigned?

In IFS Cloud the technician will see in the Pool the Work Tasks that have a Resource Demand with a Resource Group that they are associated with. If no Resource Demands exist then it falls back to Site access
