In Cloud, when a work task is assigned to a pool when transferring to the mobile app, how is the pool defined? is it based on the maintenance organization on the work task? The allocated resources? The maintenance team assigned?

+16In IFS Cloud the technician will see in the Pool the Work Tasks that have a Resource Demand with a Resource Group that they are associated with. If no Resource Demands exist then it falls back to Site access
