We are receiving an unhandled security checkpoint error. This is on attached approval processes when using an approval template. So in the example below, it is on an Inventory part. It also happens on a Supplier for Purchase part as another example. However, it does not happen for any of our document approvals within the document revision screen. I did see another post that recommended going to system parameters and turning the Security checkpoint framework available off and then on again….but this did not correct our issue.
We are running into an issue where the aurena agent will not enable in the Edge browser but it does in Chrome.Note: we are on 23R1.4We have the agent installed on users computers and we have the aurena extension enabled. If the user is utilizing Chrome as the browser, it will show enabled but if they use Edge, it will not. Screenshots from Edge:Version of Edge being usedExtension is enabled - have toggled this off and back on - no changesUser settings shows aurena agent not enabled Aurena Agent is installed on computer - have tried to uninstall and reinstall with no change Since there isn’t an Edge extension for aurena agent, we had to get it from the Chrome store and apply to Edge Note: browser settings are managed by the company but the network team has not found any reasons that this would not work. Are there setting that we may be missing?Has anyone run into this before? Weird that it works in Chrome and not Edge (Edge is the company default browser)
Is it possible to use AD for security checkpoint sign off in IFS Cloud? We are currently upgrading from Apps 9 to Cloud 22R2 and have some concerns with using PIN Codes vs. AD. AD allows us to have rules in place to comply with 21CFR part 11.If we use a PIN Code we would have to determine how to ensure the followingCodes should not be sequential nor repetitive (e.g. 0000 nor 12345)? Require user to change after x period of time? Can’t reuse same code over x period of time?So our preference would be to use AD in Cloud if possible.
