Hi we are running 15.4.8 and the technicians when looking up materials are seeing stock rooms with 0 QTY in them. I would like it to only show Stock Rooms with an actual QTY in them. From what i have found the only thing is a MOE setting that appears to be what i need however changing it made no difference and the techs still see stock rooms with 0 qty’s. The MOE was -10175 Stop Downloading Inventory with Zero SOH Quantity (Default= False. True=Stop, False= ContinueDoes anyone have any ideas ?Thanks
Is there a method where you can have a user with permissions to 2 nodes and restrict what action groups they have visibility of for both back-end visibility and in the Dispatch Console?
Hi we have an issue where our field techs are seeing the Qty of a product for the national supply warehouse and not the Net Avail. Qty. This is an issue if they are looking up a part and it shows as 1 being available however it actually isn’t due to another tech already Ording it, therefore it is no longer available to order. This becomes an issue if the technician advises the customer there is 1 in stock and i will return tomorrow. Is there a way that the Mobile Edge can show the Net Avail. Qty for the field techs ?Thanks Aaron
