In our Apps 10 environment we use MS Level 1 to enter the Master Schedule Forecast. We have the site manufacturing calendar set up for a 5-day work week starting on a Monday and ending on a Friday. We are able to enter a forecast date of a Saturday but not a Sunday. Why are we able to enter a forecast date of a Saturday when Saturday is not a workday? We also have an exception ID for our holiday days. We are also able to enter to enter a forecast date on a holiday day, why? The example below has allowed a forecast date of 7/1/2023, which is a Saturday. It also allowed a forecast date of 9/1/2023, which is on the holiday exception as a non-workday.
We recently upgraded to Apps 10 from App 9. In Apps 9 we had the pick list creating/printing set up so the pick list would only get created if the customer order was fully reserved. We have the scheduled task set up the same in Apps 10 as it was in Apps 9. However, we are getting pick lists created and printed for the items reserved, even though the customer order is not completely reserved. Please confirm the updates in Apps 10 to stop the creation of the pick lists if the customer order is not completely reserved. Thank you.
Hello,When I have a released purchase requisition created from MRP that needs authorization, but the authorization step is not executed before MRP run again, the released requisition is getting blowen away and a new planned requisition is created. Is some set up missing that the released requisition requiring authorization is getting deleted and a new planned requisition created or is this the expected results?Best, Dolly
We use distribution order to send product from our manufacturing site to our warehouse sites across the world. Can anyone tell me how the planned due date on a distribution order is calculated in Apps 9? We would like to give our manufacturing site a 40-day lead-time from the distribution order created date to the planned due date.
