Hi,I have a vague recollection of previously receiving error messages if an account number entered on supplier was too long or too short. We have all needed countries listed in the “IBAN Validation Information” window, but are able to put in both longer and shorter account numbers than specified there. Does anyone know if there is a validation performed (either on supplier or when new invoices are created in the external supplier invoice window)? Kind Regards,Henrica
Hi, we tested sending QR payment files successfully in June, but now (in a go-live situation) we have a problem. In the xml this “SCOR” shows up: And not the “QRR” we previously got We are using IFS10. Has anyone else ran into a similar issue and know where to fix it? Format specific info per institute - we use ISO20022 and file template CH (001.001.03) and the “SCOR” shows regardless if we have “structured payment” ticked or not, which seems weird to me.BR,Henrica
Hello!Wondering if anyone else has solved this already… Danske Bank sent out the following information: “It will no longer be possible to send Bankgiro files (supplier payments) via Danske Bank, these files should instead be in ISO2022 XML format”Currently our Swedish entity is using payment format BGSWE (Bankgiro, Domestic Payments, Sweden). We tried to use ISO2022 instead, but apparently plusgiro account is required (not bankgiro), so the file didn’t go through as plusgiro account for supplier is missing. Does anyone have a solution for this? Many thanks in advance!
Some of our companies will be selling parts of their receivables (customer invoices) to a third party to improve cash flow, so called factoring. This will require several steps, at least the followingIdentifying which customers are involved Additional text on invoices (should be included in xml message) Daily creation of a file of the invoices sold Modifying the file to specific format according to third party demandsWhile we do have some ideas of how to start this project, this has most probably already been implemented by other companies and we are therefor asking if there already exists some solution for this?Any tips are welcome!Kind Regards,Henrica
