Where can we set the timeout for mWO authentication in IFS cloud?

Hi Experts,  Once of our customer is asking where we can set the timeout for mWO authentication?  Business Impact: Can we define the MWO session timeout.? Customer get the popup in MWO app 'Credential expired' after specific time and being asked to reauthenticate. They need know is the time user configurable? If the timeout is not configurable the customer would like to know what is the default timeout set to. Any input regarding this really appreciate.  Best Regads,Sanjana

MWO No Longer Showing Tiles - Service App (Cloud 23)

Hi Experts,  One of our  customer has been updated to 23R1 SU2 in environment, and when logging in to MWO they are not seeing any tiles for processes.   They have given the all the required security grants,  What can be the issue for this. Is there any specific permission set we needs to grant?  Thanks and Best Regards.Sanjana

Enabling ROWKEY for MobileTransactionData LU (APP10)

Hi Experts,  Can we enable ROWKEY for MobileTransactionData LU?  One of our customer is trying to activate ROWKEY for MobileTransactionData. But getting following error.   Got the same in our CORE environment since there are no ROWKEY column in Mobile_Transaction_data_tab.  Thanks and Best regards,Sanjana
